I received a civil injunction filed by my next door neighbor. The charges were fabricated but I don't have a law degree and didn't know what to do. I received the papers on a Friday, looked on line for help and was lucky enough to find CC Conde. I called her that afternoon and we scheduled a consultation for Tuesday. Time was short as the hearing was Wednesday of the following week. We met, she genuinely listened to my concerns and explained what to expect at the hearing. CC returned my calls promptly so I was able to provide her additional information as to who might be a good witness and discuss the case strategy. She took my input and with her knowledge of the law and experience I was able to go to court with her at my side with confidence. The case was dismissed.
