She has gained NOT GUILTY verdicts on Sexual Battery Cases, Drug Trafficking, Aggravated Assault, Burglary, Drug Possession, Stalking, DUIs and has won a Stand your Ground hearing for an Aggravated Manslaughter case.
Clementine Conde has also won numerous Injunction hearings involving Stalking, Sexual/Dating Violence and Domestic/Repeat Violence. She represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants in said proceedings.
She has also represented clients being Investigated for a crime and has successfully prevented clients from being formally charged by the State Attorney’s Office.
